We will take care of the day-to-day website maintenance and management’s tasks, leaving you to more important tasks - like running your business the way only you know how!  Management accounts starting at $40 per month including Domain Hosting, Domain Name and annual renewal fees.  “Emergency” and “Rush” updates are done at no additional charge.

 

Domain and Domain Hosting

 

Shared Domain Plan:  $40 per month including 10 email accounts

Dedicated IP and Hosting Plan:  $60 per month which includes 5GB space, 250 GB Bandwidth and 500 email accounts.

Our Maintenance account includes 1 hour of site update per month, domain name renewal as well as the annual renewal fee.  Please consider several options for domain name as availability varies.

 

Email Accounts

 

Up to 10 email accounts (yourname@yourdomain.com). Additional email accounts may be added for $20 annually.  The email service is accessible through different types of media and applications. If you use Microsoft Outlook, Outlook express, Eudora or Netscape products you can take advantage of the SMTP/ POP3 options. If you need help in setting up your POP3 email for your email client, we will be happy to assist you.  Your email is available via Webmail from any PC with internet access.

 

Website Content

 

We also offer our clients up to 1 hour monthly of content update which should cover the average business website needs. Content updating consists of making any changes to or updates to any existing pages. So if you are not web savvy or do not have time to edit your own web content and maintain the web space, let us handle it for you. Information can be emailed, faxed, or phoned in and updates are generally applied to the site within 48 hours.  “Emergency” and “Rush” updates are done at no additional charge.  Additional content update or maintenance at the current hourly rate.

 

Website Monitoring

 

Search Engine placement and ranking is essential to being effective.  Many business sites are lost in a sea of search results and are never seen by potential customers.  Search Engine placement is accomplished with links, meta tags and keywords and is a continual work in progress.   A premium package is available which is very in depth.  Contact us for more info.
